I am a clinical social worker providing individual psychotherapy to adults in the Washington, DC, area. My journey as a psychotherapist began when I returned to school following a career in communications.
I received my social work degree from Columbia University in New York and my post-graduate psychotherapy training from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy & Psychoanalysis in Washington, DC. I have also received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the Beck Institute and in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) from the Albert Ellis Institute.
My familiarity with these different therapeutic orientations enables me to collaborate with you to develop a specific approach, uniquely suited to your needs and circumstances.
