I am a clinical social worker providing individual psychotherapy to adults in the Washington, DC, area. My journey as a psychotherapist began when I returned to school following a career in communications.

I received my social work degree from Columbia University in New York and my post-graduate psychotherapy training from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy & Psychoanalysis in Washington, DC. I have also received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the Beck Institute and in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) from the Albert Ellis Institute.
